Your Responsibilities:

• Custom AI Development: You design and deploy advanced Machine Learning models tailored to client needs, integrating seamlessly with existing systems from prototyping to production readiness.
• Data Analysis: You analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to support strategic initiatives and deliver customized AI solutions. In addition, you should be reliable and work in a thorough and structured manner and hold authority in long-term data-driven decisions and projects.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Data Scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning, exploring new methodologies and techniques to enhance our solutions and drive innovation.
• Communication: You should also be a strong communicator, have very good German and English skills, and be able to prepare and present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the respective target group (business, tech).

Your Profile:

• Professional Experience: Several years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Technical Skills: 
  • Ability to write clean, performant, and extensible code and get it into production, proficiency in Python, R, SQL 
  • Extensive knowledge in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, especially with respect to Transformers, LLMs and generative AI
  • Proficiency in common Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Big Data Expertise: Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and data warehousing solutions.
• Analytical Acumen: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
